The room is Great! It is clean and big enough. The ladies at the desk were Great,very friendly. Housekeeping was Great! They were all nice and helpful. The lady in the laundry department was Great! She was very friendly, nice and helpful!The lady that took care breakfast was kinda friendly. She did make sure the food stayed out. There were rotten or almost rotten oranges everyday.

BEWARE! Someone was able to enter our room in the middle of the night because the adjoining door did not lock properly. We were moved to another room, but it's adjoining door was not much better. We were not offered any compensation and barely an apology. As we needed to get on the road, I didn't pursue it in the morning. Later contact with the hotel went un-answered. It would seem they don't care.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The internet goes in and out constantly. One of the two elevators is broken so it takes forever. Room doors don't close well. My first night I slept with the door cracked open and had no idea. I've come back after housekeeping has come through and my door was cracked open. Told the front desk and nothing was done.

The room was absolutely filthy! It had not been vacuumed, there was hair on the pillows and the sheets were dirty. The bed had clearly been slept in and just remade. There were pubes all over the bathroom floor and in the shower, hair on the counter, trash cans were dirty.. just gross. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my bill because I was traveling for work. The manager was not available during my stay, and I was instructed to email her to have the issue corrected. I have emailed her more than four times and have received no response. It has now been almost two months, and my bill still has not been corrected. It’s disappointing that a simple billing issue has been left unresolved for this long.
