The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my bill because I was traveling for work. The manager was not available during my stay, and I was instructed to email her to have the issue corrected. I have emailed her more than four times and have received no response. I STAY at this hotel with my company. I have never in my life had a bed Bug but this place made I brought one one home. I'M DISGUSTED...MY ROOM was awful and had blood on my sheets from bed bugs and had a whole plate of Chinese food in the refrigerator.. front desk is no help. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently they dont have one 0/0
