I spent four hours (from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM) simply trying to obtain a credit card authorization form in order to prepay for a room (arrival the same day). At 2:00 AM, I called and spoke with the night shift front desk agent. She was unable to locate my reservation using the confirmation number—even after I repeated it three times. No on-site parking and very few amenities. Did not have a signal on the TV and front desk was unable to help.

I wish I could rate this hotel, however after booking online through their own website, I arrived at night just to be told they were overbooked and there are no rooms available, so they had to cancel my reservation. I was then stranded without a hotel close to midnight and no other options suggested or provided to me. Would not recommend booking here

I am a Marriott Titanium member. My room is ready. But because it’s only 11am, they said it would cost me an extra $50 to check in now. I have been a Marriott elite member since the beginning on time and have never experienced this.
