Arrived at the front desk only to discover our reservation had been cancelled. We were then told we would need to pay 130.00 more than the rate we booked the room for “incidentals”. When asked what this charge was for Kaden didn’t seem to really know although he said it would be returned at the end of the stay. I put my phone up and turned record on and asked him to repeat what he had just said. The fan won't stay on all night, even if you set it on. It automatically turns off, it's how I sleep. Otherwise, it's fine.

Do not stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The service from the office staff is horrible!! They have a 48 hour cancellation policy, (which is rigidly enforced) however you will not be told about it when making the reservation, nor will you be informed when you cancel. It appears that they are hoping you won't catch it unless you check your credit card statements (how I found out). Yes, if you read every piece of fine print on the reservation confirmation, you will see it. But who does that? The office woman does not care WHY you... read more

I should have read all the one star reviews before booking my stay here. Customer service is horrible. When checking in, no one was at the front desk and needed to find a cleaning lady to go get someone. General manager will not return calls when I'm trying to resolve an issue. Assistant GM hung up on me when I simply asked what the GM's schedule was so I knew the best time to call back. DO NOT STAY AT FAIRFIELD INNS ! As another customer posted, they treat you like garbage!
