I'm on hotels all the time. This one is fine. Quiet. Ptac units and wall mounted thermostat was an issue.
If I could give this location a ZERO I would. If you stay in Marriott properties and trust the brand, DO NOT when it comes to this location. The only thing you should trust are the many, recent, negative reviews. This should not be a Marriott property in any way. The staff is incompetent and absolutely the least courteous, most rude, unprofessional of any hotel staff I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and stay in ANY OTHER HOTEL than this one. Hotel just gives keys to people if they know the last name. 11:30PM and someone is walking in my room. They said they had the same name and wrong floor. Didn’t ask for an ID to get a key? Will be staying other places from now on. Can’t sleep in your own room with our random people possibly walking in if they know your last name Update: still have yet to receive points from Manager for the inconvenience. Management is just as bad the employees they employ
Love this place. Found this place on price line needed to stop for the night. Front desk was extremely nice and patient. Room was clean and breakfast was good
