Why we are disappointed with our visit: - There was hair in the shower when we arrived, so it clearly had not been cleaned. - Wallpaper was falling off the wall in one of the hallways, and the baseboard was coming away from the wall. See attached photo. - There was mildew in the shower. - The towel rack was hanging off the wall. It wasn't safely anchored to the wall. See attached photo. What we liked? The service is horrible. They gave us this room and when we asked to change. They said they can only give a refund. I arrived at night and this is all they can offer. Manager cannot be reached. So irresponsible and negligent. No hospitality whatsoever. So disappointed in Marriot. Manager Nicollete Weber and the team is the worst.

Very unprofessional! I was on a business trip and arrived at my room at 10pm. I was given a room on the ground floor not far from the main desk. Around midnight, it sounded like a party coming from the Desk area. At first, I thought I would let it go but 15 minutes later, the howling and laughter became too much. I called the front desk and asked if they could quiet their conversation. The employee asked What room I was in. Great location. Hotel was very convenient and easy to get to. Really love the surprise gift in my room which was a card for my birthday and some snacks. Top notch great job by all thank you.
