Great location. Hotel was very convenient and easy to get to. Really love the surprise gift in my room which was a card for my birthday and some snacks. Top notch great job by all thank you.
I was legit traumatized by this hotel. As I walked into my room, I noticed a weird smell, but just thought maybe it was the older carpeting, old decor. But OMG - I’m not sure what happened in this room!!!! As I checked my bed for bugs - I saw both mattresses were stained up - I’m pretty sure the stains cover more mattress than not. Then as I was panicking - I saw the curtains had the same stains - and the walls - 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I did complain to the front desk and they did give me another room - which was better but still ... read more
It conveniently located off US-202. Even we arrived in late night, there were plenty of parking spaces. The lobby was open and clean. We were upgraded to a suite. However there was no wall between the living area and the bed area. It was quiet overnight. The complementary breakfast offered various choices of food and drinks. The checkout was easy and smooth. There was outdoor seating and fire pit off the front parking lots.
We like this hotel. Big room, good bed, extra sofa, two bedside tables for both sides of the bed, with USB ports and sockets for electronics, which is very comfortable and not in all hotels where we stayed. We travel pretty often. Breakfast included, checkout at 12 pm. Next to the hotel is a huge mall, 5 min to walk from the hotel. Update. Not in every room two bedside tables for both sides of the bed. With phones, tablets and other devices we need some small table / unit next to bed. We staid on June 5-7, 2026. We love stay... read more
Front desk refused to clean the room after they said it will be cleaned. We came afternoon to the room to find it not cleaned , no towels. This is not acceptable. Stay away from that hotel
