This was the worst hotel experience yet!!! 1. Our room was beside the front desk, and starting at 6 a.m. the noise from the lobby was nonstop. It was unbelievably loud. To make matters worse, the building is so poorly constructed that I could hear every step and kids running around in the room above me. 2. The pillows are filled with feathers, and some sharp feather tips were actually scratching my face. it was really uncomfortable! 3. Young lady upfront was rude unaccommodating. This hotel is cheaply built. I could hear everybody walking above me. Don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep if you’re a light sleeper. The Wi-Fi sucks. The hot tub was broken. I took one bite of eggs at breakfast and almost threw up. Stay away from this one. But the most concerning thing was a maintenance housekeeping man who ran out of a room and ran into me. So unsafe.
