Always a great experience staying here when visiting family in santa clarita. From the front desk to cleaning crew always making us feel welcomed. Brian Gonzalez made sure we were happy with our stay he was Very attentive and friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant. Clean rooms and the breakfast was amazing. Will be back for sure.
Had a little hiccup/issue regarding my late checkout (of my own doing - not the hotels fault), and they were VERY receptive and helpful with assisting me to have a smooth checkout! Special thanks to Nick to truly was understandable and helpful in wrapping up my stay on a positive note! Also the area is very beautiful and a pretty central location. Would 100% stay here again.
