Not a good experience at all. We had to wait for our room to be ready well past check-in time. The room was not clean. The towels in our room had hair on them, and when we requested new towels, the new ones also had hair on them. Both my friend and I woke up with bites which I presume are from bed bugs. The customer service was subpar. Overall, not a positive experience.

We stayed here overnight before our cruise. Location was great able to walk to a lot and see a lot of NY on foot. It was 15 minutes from cruise ship. Very close to the water & Brooklynn bridge. Our only complaint is the room was extremely small but nice. Our first time visiting NY area so maybe things are like this in a confined area but the hotel is very small & quaint but served its purpose. Breakfast was included and very nice BTW.
Be careful with this hotel. They charged me the cancellation fee with no reason and I was in the cancellation period. Also calling the hotel is useless they left you hanging on like 20min
