Pool was already closed when a group booking was scheduled which we were never notified of until after we received our key card at check-in. At that time, no refunds were available.. only to guests who did not check in. We were also asked to sign a "contract" (never asked this from any other hotel in all my years), which was null and void as it falsely represented the hotel (no pool). The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and neat.
