We hired Kevin to run an exhaust from our microwave to the roof. Instead of completing the job we asked for, he insisted on replacing our brand new microwave with a different model and doing roof work themselves despite us already having a roofer lined up. I bought a Fairfield Home this year and couldn't be happier. It's a beautiful new home, of course, but it was also built better-than-code in ways that give me confidence there won't be maintenance issues for a long time. The level of service before, during and after the close has also been great. I don't plan on moving for a long time, but if I did I'd definitely reach out to Fairfield.
I wish zero stars was an option. Hire anybody else but Fairfield. Kevin is a smooth salesman and we fell for it. Scott is his little sidekick who has absolutely no power and does whatever Kevin says which is go fast and we need to make money. Their work was so bad it was embarrassing. We had so many issues to even name them all and Kevin simply tried to bully us. Read all the reviews - this is a common theme.
