Awful workmanship. Left our brand new house full of construction garbage and dust, which we had to clean up. Left us with completely unusable rooms for months until they slowly trickled in inadequate fixes sloppily performed by their amateur employees. Kevin finally told us he would not fix anything else. So due to their carelessness we had to replace siding, wood floors,, glass doors, gutters that they undersized, we had to repaint the whole interior, and we had to fix a lot of damage that they caused. We hired Kevin to run an exhaust from our microwave to the roof. Instead of completing the job we asked for, he insisted on replacing our brand new microwave with a different model and doing roof work themselves despite us already having a roofer lined up. When they replaced the shingles, they used shingles that were very obviously different from our existing roof and looked terrible. Also, our kitchen ceiling leaked every time it rained. We inherited a mid-century ranch from our folks in 2024. They had purchased it 1992 from owners who had put on additions for a kitchen and family room in the 80’s. I bought a Fairfield Home this year and couldn't be happier. It's a beautiful new home, of course, but it was also built better-than-code in ways that give me confidence there won't be maintenance issues for a long time. The level of service before, during and after the close has also been great. I don't plan on moving for a long time, but if I did I'd definitely reach out to Fairfield.
