Awful workmanship. Left our brand new house full of construction garbage and dust, which we had to clean up. Left us with completely unusable rooms for months until they slowly trickled in inadequate fixes sloppily performed by their amateur employees. Kevin finally told us he would not fix anything else. So due to their carelessness we had to replace siding, wood floors,, glass doors, gutters that they undersized, we had to repaint the whole interior, we had to fix a lot of damage that they caused. The worst builders around!! Did a kitchen remodel and extremely unsatisfied!! Had to badger them to complete the job and then to fix all the mistakes and damage. They have refused to fix remaining problems. They created a big leak in the basement we have to hire people to fix, shelf in kitchen collapsed and all our dishes broke, leak in ceiling. The list goes on. Do your research. You can find better companies on the back of a matchbook.
Renovations by Fairfield built our home. We had a very positive experience with them. The home is a quality built. The team was responsive to our needs and questions. The company offers really good selections. We highly recommend this company.
Very dissatisfied client. We either got no response or a response which amounts to "we will fix it soon" from Kevin or Scott on our issues... So much for their warranty. We have all sorts of problems right away. Wish I had done more research before hiring. Have had other contactors come look to fix things and they have all said how bad the work is. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
