Had a good experience the first time, but just called in today and staff who answered was very short and rude to me based on her tone and aggressive demeanor…I was trying to explain I was informed by the provider to call in if I needed an injection if there was a flare up not to necessarily change my future follow up appt.
Dr. Sabatino is very helpful and I've always gotten. good care here.
Find another doctor! This place gives you appointment time and you show up at your time and told you missed your time slot . I said it says 8am the clerk tells me well you can sit in waiting room all day and wait to be seen if we have time . Talked to me like I was stupid . I can only imagine how they treat the elderly if they treat me like this .This wasn't the first the clerk did this to me but lesson learned I'm done with this place.
