Expect to never have an appointment that starts on time. I have waited up to 2 hours for a regularly scheduled appointment. Also client communication is lacking- I was sometimes not told test results and found it myself through the portal. I don’t understand why they would book their doctor who is seeing deliveries at the hospital regular appointments as well…. The rudest front desk staff every visit . The drs great but the staff act like they hate every client that comes in and are inconvenienced by them.
First of all I want to start by saying I am never one to write a review but this experience with this office and leading up to child birth has been extremely difficult on our family. Where do I start? From the very first visit of this OBGYN visit for my wife being pregnant we got the understanding of the front desk ladies are the not friendliest and scheduling is ridiculous. Extremely rude staff and 1 support person for ultrasounds, including underage pregnancies!!! Call other OBGYNs they allow the father and the parent of underage pregnancy. Currently in the process of transferring my daughter to a new OBGYN. I rated them a 1 for several reasons, however my concern is they do not allow the parent of underage pregnancy to be there when as a mother you are trying to allow your child the space to grow with her partner, (father of the baby who is also underage), and still want to be there for your ... read more
i HIGHLY do not recommend this office. i had recently moved about almost 2 weeks before christmas and had requested my medical records to be sent to the new office i was wanting to be seen at where i moved. well fast forward almost 2 months now and the office JUST NOW received my medical records which is just crazy to me and very unprofessional as i would call every week even multiple times a week and be told they were sending them for a whole 2 months!! then after i just got seen at my new office today they didn’t even corr... read more
