UPDATE: I called back and all I got was attitude, as the office had suggested in the response. This is so ridiculous. There is no understanding in this office. Maybe the physicians are good, but I do not need to hash over the past. Dr. Bahnzaf is wonderful. Unfortunately she is leaving and the staff is not very helpful. With Dr Bahnzaf leaving they will be short 3-4 physicians (lots of turnover, no replacements). I called in and the office told me that they could no longer accommodate me and to go elsewhere. Dr. Bahnzaf is wonderful. Unfortunately she is leaving and the staff is not very helpful. With Dr Bahnzaf leaving they will be short 3-4 physicians (lots of turnover, no replacements). I called in and the office told me that they could no longer accommodate me and to go elsewhere. A week later the office told called me to reschedule an appointment. Color me confused, I was told to go away, now they can accommodate me. I had already found a new doctor, and they sound like they are confused about the situation.
