Whoever the middle aged woman is that answers the phones is NOT friendly what so ever. Had an appointment made booked 3 months out, and then called because I potentially needed to reschedule for circumstances that isn’t their fault of course, my job at a hospital doesn’t have a lot of give, and I got called to work on the day of my appointment. Had a colonoscopy in april of '26, Dr. Isabella Manzanillo-Devore was great!! Very knowledgeable, professional & at the same time friendly & accommodating. Highly recommended!!
Was 15 minutes late and the doctor had already left for the day. Is not in the office until September 2026. Sounds to me she was eager to get where she was going for 5 months?
