Physicians very professional. Staff very friendly.
Getting someone to take or return my phone call is next to impossible. When scheduling my appointments, it always seems like something was entered wrong or not saved correctly, so then I have to reschedule. But the biggest reason for my low rating is because I made the mistake of agreeing to phone appointment as my follow-up after my heart ablation. I didn't get to speak with my doctor; I spoke with a nurse. I had a question about my medication; she said she would message my doctor and let me know. It's been six months, and ... read more
Dr. Reinig and Dr. Swift and the nurses are very nice but I didn't care for the Cardiologist that I saw
I seen Dr Mould a couple of times now. Once before my testing and once after to get things explained etc. Dr Mould is a very intelligent man. I'm a MENSA myself and intelligence is one thing that I spot and really look for in anyone I deal with. He's easy to talk to and explains things and I am one of those people that idiots find very hard to deal with.
