This review is quite belated however still deserves to be shared. I came to Fairfield Glass asking for a different proportion glass to be cut for a Peruvian door gifted to me by my aging parents that I was turning into a desk. The door desk had no legs when I brought it to FG. Ed, the owner, understood my project and I believe more amazingly, understood what making this desk meant to me. I walked in a bit of a jam and then the woman there behind the desk I believe her name was Kia went above and beyond to help me
Unresponsive, unhelpful and too busy to help. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I will not do business with them whatsoever.
Called them and Kia was so awesome, we picked up our order quickly and every thing was seamless. Highly recommended.
terrible service if you need a repair on their installation a couple years later.
