Again... The parts department at this location is useless. I have been in my current location for 4 years. I am 1.4 miles from this location. I have attempted serveral times to contact this parts department for OEM ford parts for vehicles being repaired in my shop. In 4 years I have never spoke with anyone in this department. They do not answer the phone or return voicemails. I have to use Murray motors in muncy for Ford and Mazda parts. Why even have a parts department that open to the public if they arent ever available?
