I used to go there for my annual physical. An from what I understand during my last one in January 2018, they set up an appointment for me for January 2019. Which is okay but they only thing with that, was that they never called to remind me about it. Then I receive a $30 "missed appointment" bill in the mail. So I called them asking them to waive the $30. Since they never called to remind and to reschedule it.
