I went today as a new patient and everything was great. Had a very complete set of x-rays and exam. Some recommendations were made as to what would be best for my dental care plan. I had not seen a dentist in 4 years. Everything was fine no issues at all.. the staff has always been very responsive if I had any questions. I'm going back soon for my tooth work to be done. Honest review here!
Dr. Wrenn is an amazing dentist! He is very kind, gentle, and patient! I went in they got me a treatment plan and serviced my every need. If you’re looking for a good dentist with a great staff Fairfield Family Dentistry is the place to go!

The main dentist guy is a joke. I paid cash for my dentures & he didn't tell me they only had a one year warranty. They broke & wanted me to pay out of pocket to fix them. I'm on disability & fixed income. A person that has teeth doesn't know what it's like or does to your self confidence to not have teeth. Felt like back handing Mr. Frodo & knocking some of his teeth out. Will never go back or refer anyone to him. Everything in Winnsboro is garbage.
