Dr. Wrenn is an amazing dentist! He is very kind, gentle, and patient! I went in they got me a treatment plan and serviced my every need. If you’re looking for a good dentist with a great staff Fairfield Family Dentistry is the place to go!

The main dentist guy is a joke. I paid cash for my dentures & he didn't tell me they only had a one year warranty. They broke & wanted me to pay out of pocket to fix them. I'm on disability & fixed income. A person that has teeth doesn't know what it's like or does to your self confidence to not have teeth. Felt like back handing Mr. Frodo & knocking some of his teeth out. Will never go back or refer anyone to him. Everything in Winnsboro is garbage.
I went in this office and I was taken back to the dentist chair and I felt like I was in a college setting where he was either condentist was teaching some other person and they were very confused about the proper
I'm usually terrified of the dentist but I have been a patient here for years and always experienced excellent care.
