Unfortunately if you have been bulked billed for 20 years here it is no more. It's now a private business to make money only. At least the doctor answered questions but led to more which will cost more to follow up on anything. It's very sad a local community clinic has been bought out without the mindfulness of long-term patients. It's a sad state of affairs now.
The doctor and nurse were so nice when I went in needing help for something a little gory. They were calming and knowledgeable and the space was well equipped and clean!
Family friendly practice. Staff are all very welcoming.
