Disconnected my parents’ power because my father died without telling me I needed to change the name to my mother’s name. I have carried a credit on my account for over 2 years and been using my credit and was not aware I finally had a balance of $57. The payment was due on 4/05/25 cut power off 4/23/25 wow.
Friday morning (4/18/25), been attempting to call every number on their website & email; no response. All I get is "No customer service representatives available". How is that even possible at 10am on a weekday for an electric company? Is the company even open? Google says they are, but when i call the Blythewood branch, i get an automated response saying "toll free number does not accept calls in your area". Never had to deal with this headache with an electric company. Worst customer service.
They broke into my shop vandalized and also steal my supply & others worth 100 USD due to this people shuting down pawer, I travelled in December & before I left I drove to their office in Wadesboro to drop a deposit so they can keep the light on when I am gone, they never did, each time I am with them, this Woman always bully me, I have to just live, I have drop reviews over & over again, no help, I have paid 800 lUSD for deposit alone, the Utility company and the water company are not being fear, even if you don’t use wate... read more
It’s 25° out side and they want to charge me $75 to have my electric turned on today. Other wise I have to wait until Monday (3days from now) and I have a toddler and an infant on top of that.
