I had two appliances go bad after 3 years and suspected a possible problem with the voltage. I called Fairfield electric and within hours, the two techs, Anthony and Cliff risked their lives to check the voltage. Thank goodness it was all good! They removed the cover of the heavy cables and disconnected and pulled the meter the check there. Excellent service no problems found.
I have been with the company since 2006. I have experienced a change in my circumstances and Fairfield Electric has made this experience the worst. The representative are cold and lack customer service skills. I would never refer someone to this company because the lack of empathy they show customers let's you know just how much your valued as a customer.
