I love being apart of this co-op. My bill is very reasonable. When the electricity go out I can check the app and get updates. Power normally back on within an hour. Power goes out sometimes if there is a really really bad storm, otherwise it stays on. My interactions with people at the office is alway pleasant when I needed to go in. Having the app allows me to do everything from my phone which is very convenient.
I received magnificent help from every Customer Services Representative and Mark who helped me figure out why my December/January electric bills were almost $400.00 which was an unusual high billing range for me. Mark was diligent in assessing my electric usage, informing me that it was my central AC unit seems to be using an excessive amount of electricity.
