Staff was great and Lucinda is such a big help especially when I was a first time mom.
My appointment was at 9:30am to get my daughter decertified. I got there 3 minutes before my appointment. Since they are only seeing people at the door right now, I had to wait in the person in front of me. Then by the time I get in for them to reload my daughters benefits they call me 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to already start. And start asking me all if the questions on my daughters new application. Then the lady that is standing to help people tells me to get pretty much her or so she can help the other... read more
