The non medical transportation is not the greatest. I've had to call and reschedule appointments due to them not getting back in a timely manner. They say you have to have to call 5 days ahead of your appointment, which I do, they do not get back to you within 24-48hrs as they say. I've had them also show up late and not show up at all with no call to inform me that they would be late or were not able to make it. You'd think bigger city, better transportation system.
