Amazing service from Mike, Ellen and the team! My AC was struggling during the heatwave earlier this summer and Mike’s team identified the cause quickly and were able to install a whole new AC system in one day and at a very good price. Ellen even helped register my new system with the manufacturer so I’d be covered under warranty if anything happens in the next ten years. I cannot recommend them enough, truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you Mike and Ellen for all your help!
I am very pleased with the service. I had central air installed upstairs and the split units downstairs. Mike and Ellen both were very responsive and very informative.Mike made sur I understood the systems. Trumbull CT resident here, we recently lost our heating boiler which needed to be replaced (repair not possible). This was an urgent/emergency need as it happened just before a subfreezing cold spell was going to hit. I contacted Fairfield County Heating & Cooling (Mike Carafotes, owner) and they were able to get a technician to look at the unit that same day.
