The associate that helped me was so excellent, he was literally multi-tasking the array of concerns I had that day. Was in and out of the Wilton office so quickly it was really impressive. Would recommend
VERY helpful, when the Zelle function was not cooperating they did not stop until the issue was fixed (which took upwards of 15 minutes)
FCB is not a mega-bank, they are truly kind, professional, and fully informed.
Last week,I was victim of a fraud on my debit card. I called FCB and they hot carded my debit card. The next day I went to my branch in Georgetown and Brendan helped me get a new card. When he wasn’t quite sure of how to do one thing,he called for help and quickly got me updated and with a new card. After my fraud charge went through,I went in and Ronald filled out the paperwork to get me reimbursed. Everyone at FCB is very helpful and I strongly recommend doing business with a local bank.
