We had a condominium in Nob Hill Ronkonkoma NY. Even 20 YEARS ago, Fairfield was unresponsive. We had a mouse, noisy neighbors and even someone filming a porno in the unit above. As we were moving out we found roaches too. The absolute worst!
Pulling hairs working with your doorman. To hold a cashiers check and lease agreement since the post office couldn’t complete the delivery. Trying to get info to give to the leasing agent so she could speak to someone on the third floor nearly impossible.
I would give it 0 stars if it had this option. The staff is so rude and has no patience at all. She never answered my questions but instead answered me with another question. She didn't let me finish my call but cut off when I was still talking. I asked other properties in town, they are all very friendly and patient. That's a big contrast.
Very nice corporate center with a welcoming atmosphere.
