Had my liftgate and bumper refinished here through an insurance claim. The shop advertises that it can reproduce a vehicle’s finish using professional paint-matching technology, but the refinished panels do not match the adjacent factory panels. A previous blend attempt also did not produce a uniform result. I was informed that further refinishing would require additional approval, and broader correction would be at my expense.
Had extensive body repair done to my wife’s 2017 VW Touareg. The right rear fender trim recently came loose. After looking at the part it’s obvious it was broken and then glued back together. When I called they said both left and right rear fender trim pieces were replaced with new ones. Either it wasn’t replaced or they broke the new one during the install either way they won’t replace it.
