Employees always in a bad mood despite working in a warm building. Snacks and drinks at their ease of access. Chairs to sit in.. yet is feels like they think they are better than you... Utility rates have increased 10 or 12 times since I moved here three years ago. Got to pay for their upgrades inside the utility building, that they can't even stay open past 4:58 pm for customers to pay their bill...
They are the worst.They will keep on hanging up on you since they do not have knowledge about what task they’re assigned for.There is no option that is the only reason we had to stay put with one of the worst service.
