Appointment with the Doctor was straight up awkward. It felt as though the doctor had forgotten what questions to ask when assessing a patients health. Doc just told me to buy some over the counter medications and 'see how it goes'. No further tests or investigations or guidance were offered. Its VERY clear this doctor has become complacent with their profession.
Dr Bolai Chondro Sarker is the best. I accidentally booked the wrong day. I needed some antibiotics desperately and he did overtime to make sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable and even helped me with other issues too. Strongly recommend this guy. Great doctor. Good bloke. Thankyou Dr Sarker! I will definitely be requesting to see you in the future.
Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Drs make you feel heard and seen, very attentive and they really break things down for you and take the time to explain information
Very bad waiting time , my booking slot was 10 am, but I met the Dr 11 am. Ridicules. It’s not my first experience always delay here. Dr ‘s are very good
The receptionists are pretty useless. I made an appointment a week in advance, sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting, asked if I was going to be seen, then told the gp cancelled my appointment because of an emergency but they failed to tell me. What a waste of time. This isn’t the first time the receptionist have screwed me around. Once it took 3 receptionist to understand I just needed to change an appointment time. GPs are lovely, avoid the front desk
