Paid 3,300 for 3 beautiful chairs that have incredibly hard to sit on seats. Fairfield Chair customer service refused to help even after we offered to pay for reupholstering if they would supply matching materials. $3,300 lost.
I bought 2 swivel bucket chairs and have been very unhappy with the quality of the fabric. It stains easily and nothing works to remove even simple spots or stains. Im talking just daily use stains not spillage of any kind. I've tried all kinds of fabric cleaer and nothing helps.

There was an issue however the company reached out to me and is making it right. The piece is beautiful and solid. The Desert Storm Credenza. I appreciate Beverly working to get the issues resolved.
