TERRIBLE service – We called and asked for a 1100 shuttle and it's about 1am and the shuttle is not here. We have been getting the round about for almost 2 hours about where they are and when they'll get here. No apologizes, just "it's a busy night". I could have rented a car for 30 bucks more and been there, or inconvenienced someone and paid for their gas. If i would have known I'd be waiting 2 hours in the cold airport, I would have worn hiking boots and walked.
