Everyone is friendly, that's clear. However, they told me to go somewhere else, saying that this place only applies the extension warranty they sold. I didn't understand, but I went to Sterling Volvo and was able to get it repaired under the extended warranty. I repaired the vehicle and bought a new one, but I bought it somewhere other than here.
Great experience buying a 2024 XC40 at Darcars Volvo in Fairfax today. Tim, Lonnell, Dexter, Bianca and Brian were all fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and no pressure. Great team of people!
