I have driven and owned Volkswagen cars for 20+ years and this service center is superb. I went in with a check engine light and the advisor and technician took the time to explain what was wrong, what my options were, and answered all of my questions. I felt taken care of. I trust their advice and trust them with my car. The advisor and technician were knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly care about their products and their clients. Customer service is terrible. I had an appointment at 9am for an inspection, oil change and recall, not only did they never call me to tell me my car was ready, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when it was 5pm and I hadn't heard from anyone all day. I had to pick it up the next morning since no one was responsive. I reviewed the invoice / ticket and saw there was no oil change listed, so I asked about it and the advisor said "they checked it and said it looked good." Service is shady as hell. Stay far away. $600 for an oil change / tire rotation and “brake flush”. $50 to rotate tires that would already have to come off anyway for a break inspection/flush.
If i could give this place negative five stars, I would. They should call this place DARKCARS because they are so shady. I bought my first car from here on January 28th, today is February 26th, and I am still experiencing problems. I am Sales Supervisor and this has been the worst sales experience I've ever witnessed. Issues: 1. They lost the lug nut key. I bought the car and the tires needed to be replaced. I asked them if the lug nut key was in the car and he said yes the tech put it back after using it.
