The lady at reception (Cheryl) was so incredibly helpful not only with my daughter but also with the other patients. She was thoughtful about their physical limitations and planned accordingly. This is a walk-in clinic. She communicated approximate times to each person and coordinated with those that would need to wait until after lunch. She expressed empathy and was so engaging with my daughters. Peter was the x-ray technician and also did a few job. Minimum wait time for getting the exray. The technician was professional and friendly.
Walk in x-ray service was outstanding. Friendly and professional staff, who greeted you with a smile. They were very prompt. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. My results were in My Chart a few hours later. Kudos!
