Rudest & Reckless Managers ever! Trying to return the vehicle! Situation is that bad and serious!!!
Extremely poor service. Waited 3 hours for a simple oil change after scheduling an appointment at 8am! What's the point in scheduling an appointment if you aren't going to honor it and then just tell your customers you're extremely busy! This has become a reoccurring issue with Fairfax Honda. Time to look elsewhere for a repair shop!
