I called to work on my heater, they had someone to work on it in less than a hour. In less than half hour I had heat. GOD BLESS them .
Gentleman knew what he was doing. First time meeting him and he is a nice man.
I had a problem with my AC being hot. Mr. Fairfax called me back promptly even though it was the weekend. His serviceman came and fixed the problem and the bill was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to do so.
