Fairfax Flats has been really great. The apartments are clean, maintenance is quick, and management is always helpful. It’s a comfortable, quiet place to live and I’ve had no issues during my time here. Would absolutely recommend to others.
Avoid at all costs. Building is falling apart—leaks, bugs, extreme noise pollution from highway and poor noise insulation. Land lord is incompetent
EDIT: Please beware of these reviews. A lot are posted by people who are not residents. Wonderful management. Horrible horrible horrible cockroach problem. So bad I moved out after 2.5 weeks and am now in therapy for the paranoia. Management was very quick to get pest control out to help and was VERY kind and helpful and truly as good as they could be in the process, hence the stars, but a LOT of work needs to be done before this building is habitable. I’ve been living at Fairfax Flats for a while now and can honestly say it’s one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever been in. The units are super modern with high ceilings, big windows, and really nice finishes—plus having a washer and dryer in-unit is a huge bonus. I love having a little balcony to relax on, especially in the evenings. The location is fantastic—tucked away in a quieter part of town but still really close to everything in Nashville.
