My parents went to Dertad back in the day, so I started going here. I’ve always seen Alex. He’s nice and is a great ophthalmologist. He explains everything. He was kind and helpful when I was worried about TED.

Alex is a superb and very caring physician! He goes above and beyond for his patients! He found the tiniest retinal tear in my right eye last year. Thank God for his very detailed and thorough exam. He cares about his patients and spends quality time in discussing eye health. I highly recommend Dr. Alex Manguikian. My family has been taken care of by his family's practice for over 30 years!

The worst ophthalmologist I’ve ever visited. There were numerous problems with the visit. Terrible bedside manner, became extremely mad at me for mentioning what another ophthalmologist has told me in the past. Will not explain in detail what problem you have. Performed tests on me without explaining to me beforehand what he is doing and what precautionary measures I should take. I do not recommend Dr. Manguikian at all, even though my parents had time to do the examine them he said that they would come to get another visit the next day to get the glasses. While doing the examination, the doctor became very nervous and bored. He kept saying that time is short. I do not have staff, he is very young and bored. Not a good doctor. His secretary did not help to make the next appointment at all and was not helpful. Don't waste your time!
