I don't agree with the negative reviews. I've been there four times since the summer of 2023 for my kids' vaccinations and never experienced any issues. Waiting time is not long, and all the staff (front desk and nurses) I interacted with were polite and professional. Absolutely no complain at all.
These people don't like to work. They like to talk behind their counter and get nothing done. I've been there several times and all they do is tell me the nurses are on lunch break and to come back later even if I went in the operation hours. Terrible! Avoid!
