They stayed open late to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted before I left. I loved it, will definitely come back.
I was in fairfax for an event so I walked in there for a fresh hair look. They charged me $200 for roots touch up only! I had asked for single process color with deep conditioning hair treatment because i have wavy hair. I paid $200 and i walked out with my hair frizzier than ever. They scammed me with $80 deep conditioning treatment. I literally went to walmart right after, bought a garnier box dye and 1 pack of hair mask and did my hair in my hotel room. Rachel is amazing! I got a pedicure done by her and she did it with such precision and care. Gave me a great massage and was just lovely!! Highly recommend
