Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience here. Pros- The surgical team was dynamite. Everything from scheduling to the check-in phone call I received the first day post-op was wonderful. My surgeon also really made me feel comfortable talking about my medical issue. Parking is free and ample right in front of the office. This place requires you to send in sensitive pictures over regular, insecure email. A computer illiterate nurse (Patricia) is happy to belligerently proclaim her ignorance on the subject and indignantly berate you over it. They're one quick, easy email server hack away from all patient info with sensitive pictures and PII data being exposed. Absolutely do not trust them with your information.
Be very careful! Went in for an initial exam for an ongoing and persistent hemorrhoid issue. Left with little tangible advice and no direction but when I receive my invoice was dismayed to find that the Dr. was somehow billing for multiple procedures - total bill to insurance @ $700 on a 30 minute appointment. Even after insurance(in network) I am responsible for $310. Complete waste of my time and money.
Doctor Touill is very professional and he made the removal of my hemorrhoid a much easier process than I thoght it would be. Thank you Doctor Touill for giving me my quality of life back.
