I purchased an online math course for my daughter to attend last week. The academic writing class was great. There was an issue with the online math class on the last 2 days and the company was a bit slow in response to rectify the situation but did eventually refund for the class on those days. Overall, my daughter really enjoyed the academic writing class and did her benefit out of the online algebra 2 class to help prep her for the school year.

My 10 year old son was punched at this camp but a 14-15 year old boy. No one did anything and no one will return my calls about this incident. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this camp based on safety concerns.

Fairfax collegiate is a great indoor alternative to summer camp for ages 8+ elementary school kids. They learn in small classes from college students and my kid is happier doing this than running around in regular camp. Warning — It’s not for everyone because they just sit and learn, so it’s going to suit the kids who need sports to get their energy out.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Don't send your kids here. It's a waste of time and money. As other parents' wrote, the idea sounds good, but it's very poorly managed! The classes are taught by inexperienced high school or junior college students who don't care. One of my sons took SAT, and the other one took PSAT during the past summer. Both of them are good kids, they want to be helped, and they requested me to find SAT tutoring for them. However, both of them refused to finish their class there, which never happened... read more

Don't send your kids there. Very bad management, plus the instructors they hired are very inexperienced.
