My attached garage in building 12415 has been repeatedly broken into the last few months via the storm shelter/garage hallway. To even access this hallway you need keys or to be buzzed in. Meaning someone in my building (or one of their guests) has been breaking into the attached garages REPEATEDLY and nothing is being done about it. Fairfax is truly something else. It has smelled extremely horrible like dogs in the hallway every day to the point where it is creeping into my apartment and we use numerous scented plugins. Furthermore, my unit is not what the pictures showed for sure. The appliances are new but the structure is totally different than the online posts. Also, within the first week we moved in, the towel bar fell off of the wall and sink stopped working. We had to deep clean the carpet multiple times and still get hints of animal dander here ... read more
I've been here for 8 months and it's been great! From the start the staff was great, they have responded to maintenance requests promptly, great location as it's close to the interstate and Target and I love that it's a small community. My neighbors have been great, so I've lucked out there as well! The apartment is on the smaller side for a 2 bedroom, but for the price and location, no complaints from me. It does seem like an older building, so nothing fancy, but they seem to take good care of it.
