Eugene is fantastic! He came out to my house, same day, and repaired a pervasive HVAC issue that multiple HVAC techs from previous companies could not troubleshoot. He took the time to explain it very clearly to me and was able to provide me AC on a 90+ degree day. Absolutely will be calling Fairdeal for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Fair deal is the swindling contractor in this review. Cinch Home Services plays nothing but games, ensuring that the end result of their service along with their swindling contractors, is for the consumer to demand a check so that consumer can then hire their own trusted contractor. The kicker is , if Cinch Home Services has to send a check, it’s won’t even be enough to cover half of the cost of the job. I was assigned Fairdeal through our home warranty when my air conditioning wasn’t working. Of course it broke on one the hottest weeks of summer. Gene was very responsive and showed up on a Saturday morning of all times. He was very professional and did such a thorough inspection. I couldn’t thank him enough for fixing everything for me that day. If you need somebody to fix your AC this your guy! Thank you so much Gene!

Poor customer service , After a week of trying to schedule an appointment I got thru only for them to tell me they dont know where Im located ?? ( no GPS?) were very aggressive and the person I spoke to seemed very unstable. Did not even get a chance to schedule an appointment but since It was so difficult to schedule an appointment I did not want any service done by these people. moved on.
