I am rating two out of five stars — and not one — solely because the sales team (Crystal,Jean, and Kelly) were attentive, responsive, and informative throughout the buying process. They were the only consistent positive in this experience. Unfortunately, the workmanship and attention to detail have been extremely disappointing. My experience in buying a home from Faircroft has been excellent. All of the folks i have worked with have been very kind, hard working and helpful. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend others to check them out if they are looking for a new home.

We are the third owners of a Faircroft home in their Hunters Crossing subdivision. We had a small warranty issue that needed to be remedied. Once contacted by the warranty department, they quickly sent out the on site construction manager Corey Mcilwain to meet and discuss the issue and game plan to fix it. I met Corey that morning and by the end of the day he and his managers reviewed the issue, cause, and gameplan to fix it.
