What a fabulous job! Our house was struck by lightning, and as a result, we had considerable damage to shingles and hardy board siding. It took the guys just one day to get us back to brand new appearance. Fortino and Raphael were spot on and worked so well together! Couldn’t have been happier with the results! We ran out of time to finish a job removing solar panels in Raleigh and needed a roofer NOW! Eddie was quick to respond, visit the site, and give me a quote. He propmtly got the crew out for the shingle repairs to beat the rain. His office staff provided me with all of the required insurance, company information, and invoice efficiently. Awesome experience with an honest, reliable and skilled problem solving company! We had some concerns going on with our roof, and after a home renovation we wanted to make sure things looked OK to avoid any costly repairs in the near future. Eddie came out to inspect the roof. He pointed out some issues, but was honest in saying that we really didn't have much to worry about for a few years. Purchased a new construction home around late 2022 - February of 2026 I noticed there was a small leak where the roof meets the wall of the home coming down into the porch. Eddie and faircloth roofing answered on my first call and had somebody out to my house the very next day to make the needed repair. The job was done in less than 15 minutes and I cannot stress just how great this company was to deal with. Very good communication and just a wonderful experience overall.
