Tried to overcharge me hundreds of dollars for a simple repair. Will never use him again.
Faircloth Plumbing came out to fix my toilet in July of 2024. He was here for 15 minutes and used an electronic snake to clear the clog. The service cost was $240. Two days later, when I went to use it for the first time, it did not work. I called Faircloth again and he suggested I replace the entire toilet for an additional $550. I asked for a partial refund, since he did not repair it correctly, and he refused. Another plumber remedied the issue which did NOT include replacing the toilet and it was cheaper.
