When you already feel awful from being sick,they don't listen to your concerns. The nurse walks out with a hideous attitude,then the PA-C comes in and tries to push the same tests you already DECLINED! I'm going elsewhere for care. There is a reason the community calls it FAIRCHANCE, instead of FAIRCHILD.

My 87 year old grandmother had to walk through the cold because there were "not enough wheelchairs". This is not the first time.

I recently had emergency open heart surgery, in Central California. I was visiting the area and started having chest pain. I went to the clinic. Then to the ER. Took my blood said all is good, you can go home. Few hours later, started having serious chest pain. This time a friend took me to Medford. Come to find out after they checked my blood. I had 33% of blood and needed a blood transfusion and earlier at the Yreka hospital. I did have a heart attack.They really messed up. I here it happens alot.

I absolutely love the pediatrics. The only reason this place does not get a 5 star from me is because they have one downfall and that is their urgent care. I made an appointment for 2 of my kids and of course I knew one of my kids were not going to be seen because he made us late for his appointment I had wrote down the time that both kids were supposed to be there and was told to bring both kids at 4:30 so I did then when I get there I was told one of them was for 3:45 not 4:45 which is BS, instead of seeing at least one of... read more

I was surprised to find such great medical service at this rural clinic. I used the walk-in clinic recently and was extremely pleased to find competent medical personnel who addressed my medical issues in a timely manner. I would especially like to praise Jennie Hermant FNP for taking me seriously, answering all my questions thoroughly, and treating me like a valuable human being. Thank you!
