Ordered a set of window sweeps for the front door of an 89 Caprice 4 door. The number the dealer listed was ordered. Took a while to arrive but the sweeps were too long. Most likely for a 2 door. I could not find the part number I needed so contacted Fairchild directly. Very helpful staff found the correct number and also listed their dealers that had the parts. I had numerous questions about my order which were answered promptly and completely. Fairchild's tech support is excellent.
I ordered a pair of vent windows for my '85 F150. There ended up being a slight issue with the windows because they wouldn't seal all the way. I contacted Fairchild a few months after (some personal issues came up and took time to resolve) and asked if they could help me out. I sent them the windows, and they subsequently inspected them and determined there was an issue, so they sent me replacement windows and they fit like a glove!!
