Poorly designed seals. Bought a set for my 1985 Camaro. 1. Outer window sweep - Looked perfect, until I noticed that all the bolt holes were just slightly off. So by the time I got to the last one, it was nearly 1/4 inch off, and I had to drill out a new hole. 2. Inner window sweep - haven't had the chance to install yet. 3. Door weatherstrip. Amazing customer service! I had purchased one of their products from another company and was having what appeared to be a quality control issue. I called Fairchild because I wasn’t getting a good answer from the place I purchased it from. I spoke to Kathy and they discovered they had a bad batch of that particular product. They are sending me a replacement at no charge. Didn’t buy it from them, but they stood behind their product. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Thanks again Kathy!
I want to thank Mr. Schauer and the guys at Fairchild Industries. Thanks to there help I can bring this old International pickup back to life. The guys know there stuff and there products are fist choice. If you need rubbers or seals for your build Fairchild Industries is the go to for a perfect fit.
