Our service technician Chris G. is awesome! My boss had his name written on an invoice from years past. When it came time to service our forklift. He said “try and find this guy, he’s the man!” I have been calling Chis for all our lifts, material lifts, scissor lifts, pretty much anything that needs annuals and maintenance. Chris from Fairchild is a great technician out in the field and a great person. He always gets the job done on time. If you have chris for your tech you're in very good hands
We have had Chris Gaustad as our service technician for 2 of our forklifts at 2 different Xcel Energy locations. Chris is always very cordial and proactive in setting up service on our equipment. We recently had a different technician assist in repairs, in which we were trying to identify their location. I contacted Chris and he was able to locate the technician and followed up immediately with me on the status for completion of the service. Top notch service and professionalism!
