we've worked with Fairchild design through a GC and the kitchen work initially was fine but John carlo refuses to come and finish the punch list, as the work now is really falling down in quality not good for over $55K. We ordered, had designed and John Carlo promised to make a full bedroom built in unit and murphy bed for my handicapped daughter in 4 weeks, we waited for 6 months and didn't get anything except empty promises we cancelled it in the end.. wouldn't recommend at all update Feb 2019 He was PREPAID... As Office Manager, I am writing in response to Simon Milne's comment 7 months ago. We did complete punch list and partial bedroom furniture until funds became unavailable from client as per general contractor. We are in business to complete jobs and make our clients happy.
