I had my new home designed and built by Fairchild Construction. They are very helpful and as a first time home buyer helped me understand the process and choose what we wanted. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. They are willing to answer questions promptly and help with any questions I had. I appreciate them and highly recommend them.

The only issues we've had are very minor (pencil marks left over or pieces of painter's tape left behind). Our home looks beautiful and they listened to what we wanted for counters and cupboards and it turned out incredible! I am so thankful for their hard work and skill!

Terrible builder, really pretty home that they left a pile of hidden issues with! I’ve been two years of being told to”pound sand” by Tami and no-response by John. You’ll pay for the headaches yourself! Better builders throughout SE Idaho, they won’t build my next home!
